Research Analyst
Nimisha Sen is a Research Analyst at Tenex Search. She works across market intelligence, research-led strategy and legal AI, supporting analysis on law firms, lawyers, market movement and growth opportunities across the sector. Her work sits at the intersection of legal expertise and data science, combining domain knowledge with structured data and AI tools to produce evidence-led intelligence for strategic decision-making.
Before joining Tenex, Nimisha worked across legal data, AI-assisted research and intelligence projects, including early-stage work on an internal Tenex product. Her experience spans structuring firm and lawyer datasets, analysing market activity, and developing research outputs across deals, lateral movement and sector trends. Nimisha practised law after completing her BA LL.B (Hons) and qualifying as an advocate. She also holds an MSc in Data Science and AI from the University of the Arts London.
