Max specialises in legal recruitment across the London, German and US legal markets with an emphasis on Private Equity M&A and Investment Funds. Having studied law, he has a strong understanding of the legal sector and an informed perspective on key practice areas and areas of growth across the jurisdictions he covers. His approach to legal recruitment is relationship-driven and backed by strong market knowledge. He works closely with lawyers and law firms to understand their objectives which enables him to facilitate strategic hires and long-term career moves across all levels of seniority.
Experience
Max holds a Law degree from the University of Cambridge. Prior to joining Tenex Search he gained experience at law firms and barristers' chambers and worked as a tutor tutoring A-levels and GCSEs.
